We assume no liability for damage or loss of items that are not properly secured or were damaged prior to our cleaning. Examples include heavy items such as pictures hanging from thumbtacks or floating shelves. Items of extreme value, whether monetary or sentimental, should be stored securely or handled directly by the owner.

Arrival Time

We understand the importance of punctuality, but due to the nature of our flexible schedule and varying traffic conditions, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times. However, we strive to provide an estimated arrival window of one hour based on the day’s workload.

Cancellations

Your cooperation is essential in maintaining our scheduling efficiency. Please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your cleaning appointment, including rescheduling, skipping, adding, or canceling. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may incur charges.

Cleaning Supplies/Equipment

Swift Clean Maids Services provides all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies. Our staff is professionally trained in their use. While we are happy to accommodate alternative products or equipment preferences, please note that the use of non-company-issued items may void our guarantee and may result in additional charges.

Payments

For your convenience, payment is expected on the day of the cleaning, either before or immediately after the service. We accept major credit cards, checks, and online payments. Late payments may incur fees and interest charges.

Safety and Distractions

While our team works diligently to ensure safety, we cannot assume liability for the safety of others in your home. To maintain efficiency and safety standards, please secure pets and minimize distractions during our cleaning sessions. Any distractions affecting our work may result in additional charges.

Special Requests

We value your input and are happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. Please notify our office in advance to ensure that your requests can be fulfilled without compromising the schedules of our cleaning teams and other clients.

Refunds

At Swift Clean Maids Services, we stand behind the quality of our work. While we do not offer refunds for completed services, we guarantee your satisfaction. If you have any concerns, please report them to us within 48 hours, and we will promptly address and rectify the issue.

Staff Solicitation

Solicitation of our staff for hire is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may result in termination of service and applicable fees.
